For all Happier Stay reservations - regardless of the booking platform - the following protocols are implemented:

  • The primary guest is both screened and background checked (Exhibit A)

  • The primary guest must legally sign off on our agreement, bound with both timestamps and an IP address (Exhibit B)

  • Happier Stay employs post-confirmation protocols to ensure that clients comply with all rules and are respectful to the neighbouring residents and community

This ensures a vigilant 24/7 record of entries and exits to prevent any suspicious activity. We have the right to terminate their reservation immediately if rules are not followed.

Can’t I Just Do This Myself?

Our established network ensures consistent profitability and guaranteed monthly payment. We dedicate a $10,000 investment in professionally designing and staging your unit to attract the ideal clients. Opting for our services means the unit(s) remains professionally designed and staged throughout the entire lease - a level of investment not typically made by long-term tenants
